Established in the community for over 20 years, we work with clients aged 18 to 80, men and women, across a wide range of abilities.
Our experience allows us to challenge, modify and adapt each session, ensuring Pilates remains accessible, effective and relevant for every body.
Small classes. Personal attention.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12, allowing for close observation, individual guidance and hands-on correction where appropriate.
